We would like to thank each and every one of you for your patience and cooperation during the transition period of our new software and registration systems. During this transition period we did turn off the Administrative Fee Requirement for VBFH Leagues, Camps and Programs. As of October 1st 2015, the administrative requirement has been re-activated in the new Max Galaxy registration system.
What is the Administrative Fee?
When VBFH first switched to a new online registration system there were talks to increase league, program and class costs; however based on your feedback VBFH decided to forego price increases and implement the administrative fee instead. This is a once a year $10.00 fee that is required when participating in any VBFH leagues, programs or classes.
Who needs and Administrative Fee?
Any VBFH League, program, class or camp will require you to have an administrative fee associated with the individual that is registering for activity. This is not a family account fee, but rather a participant fee. So if you are signing your child up for Lil’ Kickers, your child will be required to have the administrative fee, but you as the parent would not need to purchase it unless you are playing in one of our leagues.
Do you already have an Administrative Membership associated with your individual account?
If you have an active Administrative Fee on your old MySam account it will be transferred into your Max Galaxy account and remain active until its set expiration date a year from when you purchased it originally. Our team has been working diligently to transfer these memberships over to the new system, but for some reason, if your administrative membership did not get transferred over you are more than welcome to call us at 757-427-3955, and we will take of that for you. If you have already purchased an Administrative Fee in Max Galaxy, your administrative fee will expire one year from the date that you have purchased it.
How do you add an Administrative Membership Fee when registering for a VBFH League, Program or class?
As of October 1st 2015 you will not be able to register for a league, program or class without having the Administrative Fee associated with the individual that you are trying to register. There are a few ways that you will be able to do this, but this has to be done PRIOR to registering for the activity.
Here is how you can add an Administrative Fee to your account:
1. At Virginia Beach Field House or over the phone
- a. Simply let our staff know that you would like renew or add the administrative fee and they will add that for you.
- a. Log in or Create your Max Galaxy Account
- b. On the Option Bar Select “Administrative fee”
- c. In the Drop down menu select “ 2015 Max Galaxy Administrative Fee”
- d. Purchase
Please keep in mind that you will have to purchase the Administrative Fee and check- out prior to registering for your league, program or class.
