Alex Rebeiz as a teenager played for Toure Kunda in Mbour, Senegal. During his time there his team won the Mbour state championship 3 times. In 1990 he was selected for the U-17 Senegal National Team as well as the U-17 Clube Stade team in Mbour. From 1991 through 1995 Alex played college soccer for Lycee Demba Diop and was recognized as the team’s top scorer. He joined the semi-professional Club Stade of Mbour, where he played until 1996. He was a member of the USASA Coed National Team which won the championship in 2004 and took 2nd place in 2005. Alex holds a D license from the United States Soccer Federation, and a bachelor’s degree of General Studies. Alex speaks 5 languages -- English, French, Spanish, Wolof, and Creole.
Pablo Ortiz played for Rampla Junior FC Montevideo, Uruguay as a 7 year old, where he remained until he was 15. In 1994 he attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. In 1997 he signed his first professional contract for Saltillo FC in Saltillio Mexico. In 1998 he played for the Florida Strikers under Jorge Castelli, and with the Miami Fusion under renowned Argentine coach Carlos Cordova. Later that year Pablo signed and played professionally in Uruguay at Club Athletico Cerro. In 2002 Pablo began his coaching studies under the watchful eye of Pablo Forlan with the Forlan Futbol Academy in Carrasco, Uruguay. Pablo has been developing top soccer players since 2002. He has worked for professional clubs in Uruguay, Panama, Mexico, the United States, Costa Rica, and most recently Guatemala. Pablo has focused his efforts on developing promising players throughout the Caribbean and Central America to place them on Pro Clubs in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Jennifer Watson is the owner and primary therapist of Fluidity Physical Therapy. She received her undergraduate degree in kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her time at Wisconsin Jennifer was also a member of the University of Wisconsin-Madison track & field team in which she received All-American honors. As she began her work, her interests began to grow outside the athletic arena. She has completed over 550 hours of continuing education courses in manual therapy, functional orthopedics, and postural restoration. Her most recent specialty certification she received in Integrative Manual Therapy from the Connecticut School of Integrative Manual Therapy. She is also currently working toward full certification in postural restoration. Her areas of focus & expertise include acute & chronic pain (adolescent to geriatric), spine & pelvic rehab, sports injuries and a special interest in men & women’s health. Jennifer still competes and continues to support athletic teams in the Hampton Roads area through guest speaking (topics
ranging from nutrition to injury prevention) as well as working with & supporting teams through their season.
She is excited to join the IPL SOL team as lead therapist. Jennifer will also be working with SOL’s youth leagues.
