Training & Batting Cage Rentals
Softball training with a coach can be scheduled by appointment. The batting/pitching/fielding tunnels are available to rent. Please call the Virginia Beach Field House to reserve the tunnels (757) 427-3955.
League Information
8 game seasons -- 7 regular season games and 1 post-season game $65 per player if paid at least 2 weeks prior to the first game
$75 per player if paid less than 2 weeks prior to the first game and must be done by phone or in person
Players can sign up with a private team or as an individual
Minimum roster is 8 players, maximum number of 10 players
All league games are 7 vs 7, 5 are required to avoid a forfeit
Adult leagues are 7 v 7 with a minimum roster of 8 players. You can find rule modifications here.
All players in all leagues start with a 1-and-1 count
All teams must bring their own bats, gloves, and catcher’s gear
No metal or screw in spikes - solid cleats, indoor shoes, or sneakers preferred
Registration
Individual youth’s that wish to play on the same team, but are not registering on a previously created private team can do so by sending an email to the League Director (ekhawly@beachfieldhouse.com) requesting to be placed together. If 4 or more players wish to play together, please create and register a new private team and email the League Director requesting assistance filling the roster.
Players that register at least 2 weeks before the first game will pay the regular league rate of $65. Players that register less than 2 weeks before the first game will pay a registration fee of $75. This includes individual players and players registering on a private team.
