8 game seasons -- 7 regular season games and at least 1 post-season game. Players can sign up with a private team or as an individual.
Minimum roster is 8 players, maximum of 10 players.
All league games are 7 vs 7, (at least 5 players are required on the field to avoid a forfeit)
Adult leagues are 7 v 7 with a minimum roster of 8 players.
All players in all leagues start with a 1-and-1 count
No equipment will be provided by the Virginia Beach Field House.
No metal or screw in spikes - solid cleats, indoor shoes, or sneakers preferred.
Training & Batting Cage Rentals
Softball training with a coach can be scheduled by appointment. The batting/pitching/fielding tunnels are available to rent. Please call the Virginia Beach Field House to reserve the tunnels (757) 427-3955.
